On training medical docimology interns for basic skills

在医学检验领域传统的手工操作方法虽已逐渐被全自动仪器所取代,但对检验医学专业实习生的基本操作技能培养仍应加强。带教老师应从基本操作入手,结合检验专业的基础知识和基础理论,加强实习生各种手工操作和仪器操作技能的培养。

In the field of medical docimology,the traditional manual operation has been gradually replaced by full-automatic equipments. However,for medical docimology intems,training for basic operation skills still should be enhanced.On the basis of basic operation,supervisory teachers should reinforce training students for various manual operation and equipment operation skills,linking the fundamental knowledge and theories of docimology.
