85例慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻粘膜病原学及耐药特点研究

Research on etiology and drug - resistalice features of nasal mucosa in 85 cases of chronic sinusitis

目的:了解慢性鼻窦炎相关病原学状况及病原耐药特点。方法:筛选临床确诊的慢性鼻窦炎病例85例,预处理后,内镜下无菌操作采集病变鼻粘膜及分泌物同时进行需氧菌、厌氧菌、苛养菌、真菌培养,并检测其特定的耐药机制和表型。结果:85例患者标本共分离相关病原菌34株,其中葡萄球菌以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌最多(10株),且MRS占83.3%;革兰阴性杆菌13株,其中6株为大肠埃希菌,且4株产ESBLs。另检出厌氧菌3株,嗜血杆菌2株,未发现致病奈瑟菌和真菌。

[Objective]To find out the etiology and drug- resistance features of Nasal Mucosa of Chronic Sinusitis.[Method] Sieve out 85 cases of well - defined Oironic Sinusitis,col1ect pathological nasal mucosa and secretions With endoscopic aseptic operation after pretreatment and carry out the cultivations of aerobic bacteria、anaerobic bacteria、fastidious bacteria and fungi to detect their specific drug - resistance mechanisms and phenotypes.[Result]34 strains are isolated out of 85 specimens,With the detection rate mounting to 40%,of which coagulase - negative staphylococci coming up to the most,namely 10 strains,and MRS occupies 83.3%;gram - negative Bacteria amounting to 13 strains,6 of which are escherichia coli and 4 of which produce ESBLs;3 Of which are anaerobic bacteria;2 of which are haemophilias;without any neisseria and fungi.
