学习型社会与社会体育指导员发展的研究

Study on the Learning-Styled Society and the Development of Social Sports Instructor

从学习型社会的视角出发,采用文献资料法、社会调查法、比较研究法和数理统计法等对莆田市社会体育指导员现状进行调查与研究,分析了学习型社会对体育指导员发展的影响,提出进一步提高社会体育指导员培养和使用的对策。

In this article,through a lot of investigations and researches of the presets situation of scical sports instructors of the Putian City in the way of looking through references,doing social investigations,making some contrasts and statistics from the perspective of leaning-styled society,and by analyzing the influence made by learning-styled society on the development of social sports instructors,the author states some effecvtive strategies on how to further faster the cultivation to social sports instructors and how to put them in more effecvtive practice.
