通过排球近体快球的教法研究,对近体快球技术进行了理论分析。并论述了近体快球的教法步骤与练习方法。指出了近体快球的技术重点与难点,亦对扣近体快球练习时常出现的错误动作进行了分析,并提出了科学、合理的改进方法。

By means of studying the teaching method on“Smashing fast near body”,the author analyzed the theory of the technology about“Amashing fast near body”and discussed the teaching steps and the practice method Of“Smashing fast near body”.The emphasis and difficulty were pointed out and the wrong actions which are made often when we smash fast near body were analyzed.so as to provide the scientific and reasonable methods.
