基层医院护理人员继续医学教育工作难点与对策

The difficulties and strategies of continuing medical education of medical nursing staff in the hospitals at the basic level

随着医学模式的转变,护理学内涵更加丰富,护理人员的继续医学教育工作还不适应医学发展,存在认识不足,工学矛盾突出,取得学分内容、途径、方法不够,缺乏激励和制约机制。文章针对难点问题结合工作实际,提出相应对策加以探讨。

With the change of medical modes,nursing has more connotation than before.The continuing medical education of nursing staff can't meet the demand of medical development.There are some deficiencies in it,such as the inadequate knowledge of nursing,how to well balance working and learning,the lack of approaches to continuing education and of incentive and discipline system,and so on.This paper proposes the corresponding strategies to conquer the difficulties based on the practical work.
