现代护理教育观对临床带教的指导与效果

摘要 在现代护理教育观指导下,以帮助护生"四会"——学会求知、学会做事、学会共处、学会生存为目的;浙江省人民医院自2004年2月至2005年8月在临床护理带教中实践。具体做法是:明确"四会"为带教中师生的共同目标;在"学会求知"方面既"求真"也"求善";"学会求知"与"学会做事"相结合引导护生;通过加强教师修养和医院文化对护生的影响,在潜移默化中引导护生"学会共处、学会生存"。通过1年半的实践,护生的精神面貌、求知欲望、工作热情都明显提高。 Under the instruction of modern nursing education idea,with the purpose of helping nursing students with 'four aspect learning'——'learning to inquire,learning to do things,learning to cooperatet with other people and learning to survive',the modem nursing education idea has been practicing in clinic teaching of nursing students in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital since February 2004.The concrete methods are as follows:setting the 'four aspect learning' to be the goal of teachers and nursing students in clinical teaching.'learning to inquire' includes seeking the truth and the good.Combining 'learning to inquire' with 'learning to do things' guide nursing students.Through improving teachers' quality and creating the culture of the hospital to influence nursing students to learning to cooperate with other people and to survive.After one and a half years' practice,nursing students' mental outlook and desire to learn and work have been improved increasingly.
