杭州市西湖区乡镇(街道)预防保健人力资源现况分析

An Investigation into the situation of human resource of disease prevention and health care at Town Level in Xihu District in Hangzhou

基层预防保健人员作为公共卫生工作的重要资源,在疾病预防控制、保障人民群众身体健康中起着十分重要的作用。本文通过对西湖区各乡镇(街道)预防保健人员数量、年龄、学历、职称、专业构成和参加继续教育等情况调查分析,结果表明目前西湖区基层预防保健队伍存在人员数量不足,结构不合理,人员整体素质偏低,接受继续医学教育不够的现状,应进一步深化用人制度改革,采取针对性措施,全面加强我区预防保健人才建设。

We view the staff of disease prevention and health care at the grass - roots level as an important resource of public sanitation.They play a significant role in preventing and controlling diseases and ensuring people's health.This article shows that we have many problems such as insufficient staff of disease prevention and health care at the grass-roots level,disproportional structure,low quality of staff as a whole and insufficient further education of staff based on the analysis and investigation in the number,age,educational background,technical titles,specialty structure and further education of the staff of disease prevention and health care at town level in Xihu District.Therefore we should strengthen the reform of employing staff,take pertinent measures and reinforce the construction of staff of disease prevention and health care in our district in an all - round way.
