摘要
目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者护理干预措施的效果。方法:老年糖尿病患者156例分干预组与对照组,运用饮食指导、血糖定时自我监测、运动、健康教育、出院后延伸指导等干预措施。结果:干预组患者情况明显好于对照组。结论:护理干预措施对老年糖尿病患者的治疗有着积极作用。
[Objective]To discuss the implementation and effects of nursing intervention on senior diabetes.[Method]156 cases of senior diabetes were divided into intervention and control group with dietary intervention,guidance to on - time supervision and measurement of the patients' concentration of blood sugar,intervention by physical exercises,health education and expanding guidance after discharge.[Result]The patients in intervention group had a clearly better condition than those in control group. [Conclusion]Nursing intervention plays an active role in the treatment of senior diabetes.
