临床护理路径应用于消化性溃疡患者的效果评价

An Evaluation of the effects of the application of the clinical nursing paths to peptic ulcer patients

目的:观察临床护理路径应用于消化性溃疡患者的效果评价;方法:对32例消化性溃疡患者在常规治疗的基础上,根据病程及住院日期,制定合理的临床护理路径。对照组28例予以传统的治疗模式。结果:住院病人满意度调查情况:CNP组与对照组相比,P<0.05;住院病人健康教育相关知识:CNP组与对照组相比,P<0.05;平均住院时间:CNP组平均住院时间为9.56天,对照组平均住院时间为15.50天,P<0.05。结论:通过临床护理路径工作的开展与落实,提高了病人对护理服务的满意度;为整体护理提供更有效的护理指导,提高了护理质量;使病人的遵医行为明显改善,健康知识掌握程度较对照组提高;缩短了住院天数,达到降低住院费用的目的;有利于打造服务品牌,对提高护理质量起到了保障作用。

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing paths(CNP)applied to peptic ulcer.[Method]The patients of peptic ulcer are divided into two groups.For one group with 32 cases,according to the patient' s course of diseases and admission duration,rational clinical nursing paths(CNP)are established besides routing treatment.The control group with 28 cases is treated by traditions approach.[Result]The results of the investigation in to which extent the inpatients are satisfied with the nursing service are as follows:compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the group CNP is P < 0.05;the knowledge of health education of the CNP patients is p< 0.05;the average duration in hospital is p<0.05;the CNP group is 9.56 days and the control group is 15.50 days.[Conclusion]To establish and fulfill clinical nursing paths(CNP)can enhance the satisfaction of the patients with nursing service,provides effective guide for whole nursing service,and improve the quality of nursing service.The clinical nursing paths(CNP)can also make the patient behave obediently,shorten their duration and reduce their fees in hospital.The implementation of CNP can be favorable to build brand of service,and ensure an improvement in the quality of nursing service.
