高校民主管理对于学校的发展和学生的培养具有重要意义,高校民主管理需要注意解决氛围和理念问题,以及教职工和领导的素质问题。在实践中,二级教代会建设极大推进了高校民主管理,取得了明显的成效。
Democratic administration in universities is significant for the development of schools and the cultivation of students.In terms of democratic administration,creating a democratic atmosphere is key,and the ideology problems need to be solved as well as improving the qualities of faculty and top administrators.
