On shaping campus cultures in advanced vocational colleges

大学文化建设是培育高校核心竞争力的重要途径,高职高专院校尤其要注重形成其独特的大学文化。本文根据高职高专院校特点,从校训提炼、制度建设、环境优化等三方面来阐明如何塑造大学文化。

The building of campus cultures is significant for developing the core competitive power of colleges,and to shape unique campus cultures is a matter of especial importance for advanced vocational colleges.On the basis of the features of advanced vocational colleges,this paper illustrate how to shape campus cultures from the three aspects of refining school mottos,of the establishment of systems and the betterment of environment,which is helpful for improving the educational level of advanced vocational colleges.
