Standardized training for resident doctors is a critical approach of medical and healthcare institutions to foster new recruits.The paper discuses the clinical teaching at radiology department and suggests a personalized and practical teaching approach- questions-oriented and typical cases-centered.The application of the approach has shown that it is positive in inspiring the interests,motivating enthusiasm and initiative of students as well as ensuring a good teaching quality.
