我国高师体育院系术科师资现状及对策研究

The Present Situation of Chinese Normal Institutes and Departments of P.E. Technical Course Teachers and Countermeasures

综合运用文献资料、专家调查、问卷调查、综合分析等研究方法,对全国20所高师体育院系术科师资队伍的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构和学缘结构进行了调查和分析研究。剖析了术科师资队伍存在的问题,提出了相应的建议和对策,以促进我国高师体育院系术科师资队伍整体水平的提高。

Methods including documentary study,expert interiview,questionnaire,synthetic analysis were used to investigate and analyze age structhre,educational level structure,professional post structure and graduation-sources structre of teachers in twenty normal institutes and department of P.E..The problems of P.E.technical course teachers were analyzed and corresponding adviced and countermeasures were proposed as to raise the whole level of P.E.technical course teachers of normal institute and university.
