摘要
在社会处于急剧变革时期,公务员面临着来自职业技能、人际关系等方面的负面压力,长期、过度的压力可以引起公务员心理、生理、行为等一系列消极变化,进而影响身心健康及工作效率,并形成恶性循环。因此,重视对压力源、压力造成的消极后果的研究,可以起到预防、缓解、消除负面压力的作用,进而提高公务员的健康素质及行政效率。
During this time society is changing rapidly,civil servant encounter the pressure from professional ability and interpersonal relationship.Protracted and excessive pressure may arouse negative change in psychology,physiology and behavior of civil servants,and therefore,their health and working efficiency. It may become a vicious circle.We should lay a great importance on the research to the consequences caused by pressure and its source so as to prevent,relax and eliminate the tension,and to improve the health and working efficiency of the civil servants.
