摘要
体育锻炼可以保持人体健康,是一种全身性的保健方法。适当的体育锻炼,可使人体产生有利于健康的生理变化。体育锻炼能增强体质和提高免疫力,对老年人保持健康长寿尤为重要。本文通过问卷调查,了解和掌握我省城市老年人体育锻炼的现状,为今后开展全民健身提供科学依据。
The physical training is a systemic approach to care,proper physical exercise will enable the human body to a healthy physiological changes.Sports and physical training can enhance immunity,the role is particularly important for the health and longevity.By Using a questionnaire survey,understand and master the elderly in physical exercises of the province,providing a scientific basis for future full fitness.
