略论注意规律在高校体育教学中的运用

Discussion on Application of Attention Rule in P.E. Teaching of Universities and Colleges

针对高校体育不同教学对象在学习与练习过程中容易分散注意力而影响教学效果这一因素,在分析不同教学对象的教学需求和课堂表现基础上,运用心理学注意规律,在体育教学中采用灵活多样的教法手段,加强对学生的目的性和纪律性教育,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,使学生学习热情和意志保持良好的注意指向,对于提高体育课教学效果十分重要。

Aim at the different teaching objects and whose distractive study influencing the teaching effects,this paper analyses different teaching objects demand and class behavior,uses psychology Attention Rule and flexible teaching way,enhances the students' intent and discipline education,explodes the students' study interest and activity,let the students keep good attention to students' study interest,has good effect on P.E.teaching.
