介绍以三菱FX2N系列PLC为核心的玻璃配料监控系统,使用VB6.0软件在Windows环境下实现上位计算机与PLC的串行通信,并对其运行状态进行实时监控,对通信协议和参数作出详细说明,简述编程过程中所要注意的问题,并给出解决的方案。
The paper introduces the glass ingredient supervisory system based on Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC,uses VB6.0 software to realize on the computer and the PLC serial communication under the Windows environment,and carries on the real-time monitoring to its running status,makes the specify to the correspondence protocol and the parameter,summarizes the question which in the programming process had to pay attention,and has produced the solution plan.
