摘要
河南电网多区域安全稳定紧急控制在线预决策系统综合利用EMS在线数据、安控实测数据、电网典型运行方式数据,全面定量评估电网安全稳定性(暂态功角稳定和潮流越限),优化紧急控制决策并在线刷新多个区域安全稳定控制系统策略表。试运行表明该系统能够在5min之内完成河南电网的安全稳定量化评估和两个区域安全稳定控制系统的优化控制策略的在线刷新。
This paper reports a transient stability and static security control system, which developed for HeNan power grid. The system periodically evaluates the static security and transient stability based on on-line information, which is integrated by state estimation in EMS, the real time actual network data telemetered from control substations, and the typical network operation mode data, selects the optimum generators and load to be shed, accordingly to refresh the control decision tables in two different area control substations every 5 minutes. Field test operation demonstrates the excellent performance of this system.
