摘要
结合大型电厂开展设备优化检修的需求,对真空断路器状态监测与诊断系统进行了研究。通过对真空断路器进行故障模式、影响及危害分析(FMECA),确定了系统所需开展的监测项目以及采取的监测方式;提出了一种多层次、集成分布式体系结构;详细阐述了系统的硬件结构和软件功能。实际应用表明系统能够为状态监测、诊断分析提供先进的工具,有利于提高检修质量、减少维护成本,对逐步实现状态检修提供了积极的成果。
According to the needs of optimal maintenance of equipment in the power plant, the condition monitoring and diagnosis system of vacuum circuit breaker is studied. The approaches and items to collect the condition information are presented based on FMECA of vacuum circuit breaker. The multi-level system framework is proposed based on integrated and distributed. The hardware structure and software functions are discussed in detail. The results of test show that this system is an advanced tool for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, and it is very helpful for enhancing the maintenance quality and efficiency and reducing the maintenance cost. It will make great contributions to progressive realization of the condition-based maintenance.
