摘要
根据国网十一五规划关于建设数字化变电站的要求,我们和广东省电力试验研究所共同研制了基于IEC61850的标准的过程层设备合并单元(MU),为了满足IEC61850标准对于设备互联操作的要求,我们根据IEC61850-10对于装置性能测试部分的内容,提出了一套合并单元的性能测试方案。
