摘要
为进一步提高之前研制的由单片机控制的逆变弧焊电源的性能,设计了以数字信号处理器和单片机相组合的控制系统。硬件以单片机作为上位机,数字信号处理器作为下位机。单片机完成人机交互任务,数字信号处理器用来进行焊机动态参数的实时处理,提高了焊机的动态性能和智能程度;软件选用了分离PID控制算法,优化设计了系统软件。与单片机逆变焊机控制系统相比,该弧焊电源体积更小,系统的动态性能和稳定性更好,焊接性能进一步提高。
In order to improve the performance of inverter are welding power supply,a conjoint control system based on the digital signal pro- cessor (DSP) and microcomputer is designed.The microcomputer is used as the upper control block.It carries out the man-machine interface task.The DSP is used as the lower control block.The DSP's task is to process the dynamic parameters of the inverter arc welding power sup- ply.All of these can help to enhance the welding dynamic perfommance and the intelligentce of the machine.The separated PID algorithm is applied in the control system,and the software of the control system is optimally designed.Compared with the earlier system which is controlled by 8031 microcomputer,the size is smaller.The system's dynamic performance and the stability are higher.Furthermore,the welding perfor- mance can be further enhanced.
