摘要
在PLC的程序设计中,通常要考虑系统的工艺和成本。系统的控制工艺要求不同,相应的控制算法也就各异。为了提高系统的可靠性和实用性,同时满足工艺要求,需要对程序进行优化。介绍了基于PLC的控制系统程序设计技巧和软件优化,并简单描述了现场工业自动化设计的一般特点。提出的一些设计技巧,已经成功地运用于现有的控制系统中,有利于系统的维护和程序的扩展与修改。
A software design method and optimization are introduced with brief description of field automatic design characters.When designing PLC program,it is general to take the control requirement and cost into consideration.The control arithmetic varies according to system require- ments.The program needs optimizing to satisfy the system control,and thus make the whole system more reliable and flexible.The methods put forward are useful for the extension of program and the maintenance of system,and fit for all program design.
