Automation Monitored Control System for Producing Coal Powder Workshop Based on PLC

介绍了在煤粉制备车间改造后的工业自动化控制系统,给出了系统的原理图设计、硬件组成、软件组成以及系统通信的实现。通过西门子组态软件SIMATIC Wincc组成上位机自动化监控系统,从而能够对各个设备的运行情况进行监视,同时把各种数据参数进行实时显示,并对整个系统实施远程控制。通过西门子编程软件STEP7来实现PLC的各种逻辑控制功能和各种设备的软件保护。该系统在本溪钢铁球团厂制煤车间运行后,大大地提高了生产效率和自动化程度,取得了良好的效果。

Industrial automation control system in the producing coal workshop is introduced.The schematic diagram,the structure of hard- ware and software and the realization of communication are given.The monitored control system is made up of the software named SIMATIC WinCC.It can monitor the situation of each equipment,show all the data out at any time and realize control for the whole system at the same time.The system can realize all the logical control functions and software protection for the equipments by STEP7.Applying in Benxi Steel Pelletizing Factory,the production efficiency and automation degree are improved and good result is obtainced.
