流量计在线自动标定的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Automatic On-line Flowmeters

介绍了自动标定的工作原理和过程、数据计算与分析及PLC软件流程。因选择流量计的标定方法是流量计标定精度的关键,故为避免流量计的频繁拆装,延长流量计的寿命,提高标定的精度,改善系统的稳定性,通过引入体积管,结合PIC和IPC(配置网卡),构建了新型的流量计在线标定系统,自动完成流量计标定工作。实际应用表明,该系统自动化程度高,具有较高的标定精度,取得了良好应用的效果。

The measure work is important in transporting oil and the verifying technique is core of verifying flowmeters.An on-line verifying system constituted by volumeter,PLC and IPC is used to complete automatical verifying.To avoid frequent installation,and prolong the life of flowmeters,also to increase the verifying accuracy and improve the stability of the system,the working principle and process of the automatic verifying flowmeters,data calculating and analyse and PLC software process are introduced.The characteristic and application effect are very good in practice.
