脊柱重度畸形生物力学矫正术(附20例报告) 被引量:1

摘要 目的:论述脊柱重度畸形矫正的生物力学机制和介绍M8后路+侧前路手术矫正的方法。方法:本组20例重度畸形在手术前后摄全脊柱正侧位片、Bending片,行MRI或CT扫描,术后随访1~7年。术后进行对比分析。结果:术前KingⅢCobb’s角及后凸成角平均108°,术后平均矫正60°。结论:根据重度脊柱畸形矫正的生物力学机制而采用的侧前路V形减张松解+后路M器械矫,对严重脊柱畸形,有满意的矫正效果,对脊柱、脊髓的安全性好。 Objective:To present the principle of the biomechanics for severe spinal deformity and effectiveness of posterior and side-front M_ 8 instrumentation of clinical application. Methods:Patients who underwent operation between September 1997 and September 2005 were evaluated by taking,spinal balance X-Ray of the all spine, X-Ray Bending and MRI.Age at surgery aueraged 22.3 years.Followed-up time everaged2.6years.Results The mean preoperative protruded back angle in the King typeⅢ/Ⅳwas 108degrees,postoperative its mean angle was 60degrees. Conclusion:According to the principle of the biomechanise for severe spinal de-formity,their effevt can be satisfactorily obtained using M_ 8instrumentamom of the posterior and side-front approach.
