芍药木瓜汤配合手法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察与机理分析

Observation on the Curative Effect and Mechanism Analysis of Radix Paeoniae and Pawpaw Decoction (Shaoyao Mugua Tang) Combined with Manipulation for Cervical Vertigo

目的:通过对单纯手法与中药配合手法治疗颈性眩晕病的疗效比较,探讨提高颈性眩晕病疗效的临床治疗方案。方法:选择临床诊断为“颈性眩晕病”的患者60例,随机分为单纯手法治疗组和手法加中药综合治疗组,每组各30人,治疗2个疗程。分别检测临床主要症状治疗前后的评分和治疗前后经颅多谱勒的检查结果,并进行统计学处理。结果:手法组主要症状治疗后评分14±1.2,与治疗前比P<0.01;综合组主要症状治疗后评分6±0.8,与治疗前比P<0.01;两组治疗后评分P<0.05。经颅多谱勒检测手法组治疗后0.40±0.14cm/s,与治疗前比P<0.01;综合组治疗后0.44±0.09cm/s;与治疗前比P<0.01;两组治疗后比较P<0.05。结论:1.单纯手法治疗颈性眩晕病有明显的疗效;2.中药配合手法治疗颈性眩晕病疗效明显优于单纯手法治疗,中药疗效与手法疗效有叠加作用,提示对颈性眩晕病的临床治疗组合理的综合疗法比单一疗法的疗效好。

Objective:To explore and improve the clinical treatment scheme of cervical vertigo by contrasting the curative effects of simplex manipulation and herbs combined with manipulation. Methods:Sixty patients of cervical vertigo were randomly and equally divided into simplex manipulation treatment group and manipulation combined with herbs treatment group. Two curative courses were given. The grade of main symptoms and the examination result of transcranial Doppler were respectively verified and analyzed before and after treatment. Result In the simplex manipulation group, the main symptoms grade is 14 1.2 after treatment and the result of contrasting it with the grade before treatment is P<0. 01. In the complex treatment group, it is 6±0.8 after treatment and the result of contrasting it with the grade before treatment is P<0. 01. The result of contrasting grades after treatment is P<0.05. In the simplex treatment group, the examination result of transcranial Doppler is 0.40±0.14 cm/s after treatment and the result of contrasting it with the datum before treatment is P<0.01;In the other group, it is 0.44±0.09cm/s after treatment and the result of contrasting it with the grade before treatment is P<0. 01. The result of contrasting the data after treatment is P<0.05. Conclusion:1. Simplex manipulation therapy has an obvious curative effect; 2.The therapy of herbs combined with manipulation are obviously better than simplex manipulation therapy in treating cervical vertigo and the curative effects of herbs and manipulation have a superposition effect, which indicate that combining the reasonable complex therapies has an obviously better curative effect than simplex therapy for cervical vertigo.
