摘要 对燃气阀内部流场进行分析。采用二维轴对称N-S方程、结构网格和SIMPISO算法进行模拟并用冷气试验验证,得到了平衡压力与阀芯受力的线性关系,并且得到了平衡压力与质量流量的关系,说明了阀门在一定范围内稳定压力的机理。为进一步研究提供了理论依据。 Internal flow field of hot gas valve is analyzed base on the numerical calculation by 2-D axial symmetrical N-S equation,hexahedral mesh and SIMPISO algorithm are used and the result is tested by cold gas experiment. The linear relation between the balance pressure and the force on the pintle is got. And the relation between the balance pressure and mass flux is got. The principle of maintaining pressure with in limited range by the valve is explained.
