相关函数法在测量三相感应式角位移传感器角度中的应用

An Application on Measuring Angle of an Three Inductive Sensor About the Correlation Function

文中在分析三相感应式角位移传感器工作特点的基础上,利用相关函数法推导了通过测量三相感应输出信号幅值确定其角度的计算公式。在此基础上利用基于VXI总线的E1413采集卡和基于PC的PCL- 818L采集卡对角度进行了实际测量,该方法测量电路简单,对激励信号要求低,硬件成本低,经实际工程应用表明工作稳定、可靠。

An inductive angle sensor outputs three 400Hz AC signals.And their inductive voltage expresses angle of a sensor.It is not easy to measure angle by A/D card.In this paper,an angle calculating formula,based on the correla- tion function,has been found and used to measure angle of the sensor by AC signal value measured directly.And it has been made sure that the method is correct,steady and reliable by measuring practice of PCL-818L on a PC bus and E1413 on a VXI bus.This method has the peculiarities which the measure circuit is sample,the drive signal is free and easy,the cost is low.
