摘要
频率测量一般是通过对被测信号和标准信号计数实现,因此量化误差是引起测量误差的主要原因。在比较分析周期测频、直接测频和等精度测频的误差后,给出了一个基于FPGA等精度测频模块的Verilog HDL实现。较之单片机实现,它具有抗干扰性强,工作稳定可靠等特点。
Frequency measurement is usually implement by accounting the measured signals and standard signals,thus quantizing error becomes the main source of measuring error.This paper gives a Verilog HDL implementation of equally accurate frequency measurement based on FPGA after comparing and analyzing errors of periodic measurement,direct measurement and equal accuracy measurement.Compared with microcomputer,FPGA is more anti-jamming and stable in its implementation.
