几何相似律在EFP成型中的数值模拟研究

摘要 以球缺型EFP为计算模型,应用显式有限元程序LS-DYNA对满足模拟比的EFP的形成过程进行了数值模拟。数值计算结果表明,在各对应时刻,模拟弹与原型弹的速度、长细比都相当,EFP外形也相似。因此,几何相似律在EFP成形研究中是成立的,同时也说明数值模拟方法具有实用性强,计算精度高等特点,它为EFP的研究提供了一种可行的方法。 With Hemispherical EFP simulation model,the formative process of explosively formed projectile(EFP)that satisfies the simulation ratio is simulated using explicit finite element procedure LS-DYNA in this paper.The numerical results indicate that,the velocity and length-to-diameter ratio of simulation EFP correspond to the prototype EFP's at every corresponding moment as well as the EFP's appearance.So,the geometry analogue rule in the research of EFP shaping is tenable,at the same time the numerical simulation method has strong practicability and the characteristic of high calculation precision are proved,it has offered a kind of feasible method for EFPs research.
