摘要
以刚塑性有限元模型为基础,用MSC/superform软件对叶片辊轧工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了坯料轧制过程中辊轧压力与辊轧温度、摩擦系数和变形速度的关系,不同的摩擦系数对辊轧力矩的影响,优化设计工艺参数,为叶片辊轧制坯工艺的制定提供了依据。
Numerical simulations of the technology of rolling billets in a fin are carried out by MSC/superform based on the rigid-plastic FEM in this paper,the relation between temperature,coefficient of friction and speed on the technolo- gy of rolling and impacts on rolling moment of different coefficient of friction are analyzed,optimization of the design technology parameter,The investigations provide basic foundations for the choosing of technology rolling of fin.
