摘要
文中应用可靠性分析的基本方法即故障模式、影响及危害性分析,结合焊接钢质药筒的结构、功能、故障模式等特点,对焊接钢质药筒进行了FMECA研究,并对具体的失效模式提出了预防改进措施,对提高药筒的可靠性具有重要意义。
In this work,using the basic methods of reliability analysis-Fault modes,effects and criticality analysis(FME- CA).combining with the characteristic of structure,function and fault modes of welded steel dynamite tube,FMECA research is done.and the preventive and improvement against the concrete fault modes is figured out,which is very im- portant to improve the reliability of dynamite tube.
