摘要
综合FTA方法在测试性和可靠性工程中的应用,对基于FTA的复杂电子装备诊断策略优化方法进行了系统研究。FTA使可靠性和测试性的关系透明化,分析过程中可以同时考虑可靠性和测试性因素,实现了"并行工程"的思想。该方法降低了诊断策略优化的难度,大大减少了电子装备的全寿命周期费用。
Synthesizing applications of FTA method in testability and reliability, research on optimizing method for diagnosis strategy of complicated electronic equipments based on FTA is taken systematically. The relationship between testability and reliability is vitrified through FTA. During the course of analysis, testability factors and reliability factors can be considered together, and the thought of 'concurrent engineering' is realized. The method can debase the difficulty of fault diagnosis optimizing and greatly cut down life cycle cost of electronic equipments.
