摘要
设计了一种能够调节磁场大小以满足变负载要求的新型电磁齿轮。对它的传动机理进行了研究,基于电磁场原理和电磁齿轮结构,给出了主要技术参数的确定方法,并通过实际制作的一对直齿圆柱电磁齿轮验证了输入电流对转矩的影响。
This paper designed an electro-magnetic gear,which can adjust magnetic field to meet the inconsistent loads requirements.In addition,this paper presented the transmission principle of this electro-magnetic gear,as well as introduced the calculating method of its main technical parame- ters based on its structure and electromagnetic field principles.Also,the authors proved this trans- mission principle and the influence of electric current on torque by designing a couple of real straight- pillared electro-magnetic gears.
