摘要
对发动机的进气过程进行了理论分析,并对进气管道和谐振器的结构参数进行了理论计算。单缸摩托车汽油机的试验结果表明,在某一转速范围内,合理设计进气管道和谐振器的结构,可以有效利用进气惯性和谐振来提高摩托车发动机在该工况下的动力性能,并且在这个转速下,有一最佳管长与之对应。
Flow in inlet pipe in an engine was analyzed theoretically.Structural parameters of inlet pipes and resonator were calculated and validated in single-cylinder motorcycle engine.Results show that,in a certain velocity interval,inertia and resonance of gas intake can improve the dynamic per- formance of motorcycle engine under the conditions if the structures of inlet pipe and resonator are de- signed properly,and under this velocity there is a best length of inlet pipe corresponding to the dy- namic performance.
