Research on Improvement in Production Logistics System of Assembling Company Based on IE

基于IE的基本原理、技术方法与思想方法,结合装配企业的实际情况,对生产物流系统进行分析,提出了流程柔性重组、成组技术应用、工位调整与重新平衡、装配工厂整合等改善意见并给出相应的方法。实例说明了改善方法的实用、有效,为相关企业提供了生产物流系统改善的具体思路与途径。

Based on basic principles of IE,technical methods and ideas,considering assembling companys' realities,the production logistics system was analyzed,a flexible process reengineering, GT application,station adjustment and rebalancing and assembling factory integration as ways of im- provement were brought forward and corresponding methods were offered.Real cases further ex- plained the practicality and effectiveness of the methods.And detailed methodologies and approaches to improve production logistics system was provided for relevant companies.
