基于可重构设计与ADAMS软件的变速箱设计

摘要 基于可重构设计理论并运用仿真技术,提出了变速箱新的设计过程。从市场调查出发,将可重构设计理论通过模块化分析,巧妙地应用到变速箱的设计中,运用机械系统分析软件ADAMS完善了变速箱的结构与运动分析,完成了检测变速箱箱体的性能。实际应用结果表明,该变速箱具有良好的使用性能。 The article introduced a new process of gear-box' design,whichwas based on the theo- ry of reconfigurable design and application of ADAMS.Relying on market research,reconfigurable design was applied to gear-box' design effectively by using modularization.The analysis of structure and movement was completed by ADAMS,the capability of box' framework was triumphantly checked.At last,its actual application has been introduced.
