摘要
利用正交试验法均衡搭配各个工艺参数,减少试验次数,分析了各个工艺参数对单项工艺指标的影响规律。采用灰色相关理论,重点解决了磁流变抛光多工艺指标的工艺参数优化这一难点问题,简化了优化过程,得到了工艺参数优化组合方案,并进行了试验验证。
For reducing experiments,this paper adopted orthogonal array to arrange experiments, then analyzed the rules that every processing parameter affected the single technic index.Using the gray relational theory,the processing parameters were optimized to satisfy multiple technic indexes. As a result,the optimized parameters are obtained through a simplified procedure by applying the gray relational analysis.At last,the analyzing results were proved by experiments.
