摘要
介绍了金属带式无级变速装置的主要结构和工作原理,利用导出的求解金属块挤推力、金属环张力及带轮轴向力的数学式,对不同工况下金属环张力、金属块挤推力和带轮轴向力的大小进行了求解,对带轮的不同工况进行了有限元分析,找出了带轮应力集中最严重的工况,为带轮的设计制造提供了理论依据。
The working mechanism of metal V-belt continuously variable transmission device was introduced.The maximan axial forces got from the formulas for calculating the axial forces of pully couples,which were used as the load boundary conditions for the FEM model.The stress and displacement of the pullies are calculated from FEM analysis,which can be used as a reference for pul- ly design and manufacturing.
