摘要
结合近几年现场试验及工程实践,分析了化工用小型锆(工业纯锆)容器的焊接缺陷及其产生原因,研究了防止与消除焊接缺陷(尤其是焊接弧波裂纹)、优化制造施工质量的工艺措施。同时总结了若干注意事项,以进一步提高焊接一次合格率及返修成功率。
According to the on-site tests in resent years,this article analysed the characteristics and welding defects of chemical Zr mini-containers.It also promoted some technical measures against the welding defects(especially welding arc-wave cracks)and advanced the welding quality.Mean- while,some items should be noted to increase the success rate of original welding and rewelding for repairing.
