摘要
介绍了自主研发的微型电动轿车镁合金车架的结构设计方法。在车架的开发过程中,利用拓扑优化方法设计其概念结构,在此基础上考虑结构轻量化等要求对车架进行杆件截面优化设计。对镁合金车架与钢车架的力学性能进行了比较分析,对以镁合金车架为平台的骨架式车身的正面碰撞安全性进行了仿真分析,结果表明,同样工况下镁合金车架可以达到并超过钢车架的强度,满足被动安全性要求,同时减轻了重量。
The design method for magnesium frame of a mini electric vehicle which was made inde- pendent research and develop was carried out.The conceptual structure was designed by topo optimi- zation method and compared the mechanic performance between magnesium and steel frame.By con- sidering structural lightening technology,the optimization design of frame was carried out.And the frontal crash analysis of framework body was researched.The approach shows the magnesium frame can reach the stress standard of the steel frame,and the frame has been lightened,h shows that there is a promising future in applications for the magnesium alloy.
