摘要
《治安管理处罚法》与《治安管理处罚条例》相比有三大亮点:与其它相关法律衔接更加紧密;对社会治安综合治理的规定更具理性化;进一步加强执法监督和注重对公民基本权利的保障, 更具人性化。
Compared with the Public Order Administration Punishment Regulations, the newly enacted Public Order Administration Punishment Law demonstrated three characteristics. It is more closely linked to other relevant laws; it is more rational in the stipulation of public order comprehensive administration; it is more humane for further strengthening the supervision of law enforcement and stressing the protection of citizen's basic rights.
