摘要
在涉外劳务市场不断开拓的同时,涉外劳务犯罪已经暴露出相当严重的苗头,只有抓紧对这一新领域犯罪基本原则的研究,才能更好地制止犯罪,维护中国在涉外劳务市场的良好声誉。
With the expansion of foreign markets for Chinese workers, relevant crimes become more and more serious. Basic principles should be studied in time to control the crimes and to defend the honor of Chinese workers in foreign markets.
