浅谈提高现代制造技术实训基地管理、创新水平

On Improving the Management and Innovation Level of Numerical-control Demonstration Base

本文着力阐述我院数控实训基地在短短的几年为什么能成长为国家教育部、财政部等6部委确定的国家级数控技术示范实训基地。在创办实训基地的历程中,严格的管理、锐意的创新是实训基地成长的生长素。抓住"管理"、"创新"四个字,调动一切积极因素,不断提升实训基地的实训水平。

This paper expatiates why our Numerical-control Demonstration Base has appraised as the national-grade numerical-control demonstration base by 6 ministries including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in a few years. During the course of the development of the Demonstration Base, strict management and continuing innovation are the roots for the growth of the Base. Concentrating on "management" and "innovation", we shall take use of all positive factors to improve the "model" level of the Demonstration Base continually.
