高职生的学习积极性直接影响到高等职业教育的质量和效果,心理因素是决定高职生学习积极性的基本因素,提高高职生的学习积极性应从满足学生心理需要出发,激发学生学习的内在动力。

Students’studying enthusiasms in high professional and technical institutes will affect the quality and efficiency of the education directly. Psychological factor is the dominant element that decides students’enthusiasm. In order to improve their enthusiasms, the student’s psychological requisitions should be satisfied and their motives of study should be stimulated.
