浅析应用型民办本科院校的招生与就业——以广东培正学院为例

A Brief Discussion on Student Recruitment and Employment in Private Higher Education Institutions

本文结合广东培正学院历年来招生与就业工作实际,分析了民办高校在招生与就业方面存在的实际困难,阐述了招生与就业之间的辩证关系,对今后应用型民办本科院校如何开展招生与就业工作提出了具体对策建议。

Incorporating the experience of recruitment and employment in Peizheng College, this article analyzes the difficulties among private higher education institutions in recruiting students and finding jobs for students. It also illustrates the dialectical relation between recruitment and employment. Some suggestion in these aspects are also prouided.
