摘要
我国物流服务存在着"重物轻人,客户心理需求分析不到位"的误区,制约了物流服务水平的提高。本文以客户心理需求为导向,对物流服务进行了心理学分析,阐述了提高物流服务质量的有效途径。
There is a blind spot in Chinese logistics industry which has the character of attaching impor-tance on goods rather than human beings and not having enough analysis on customer psychological needs.Thisfeature hinders the development of Chinese logistics industry.From a psychological perspective,this articleexpounds the effect routes to reach a quality logistics service.
