随着我国法学本科教育规模的不断扩大,法学教育竞争日益激烈。民办法学本科教育发展由于先天的不足而处于劣势。为寻求民办法学教育的生存空间,本文从办学定位、培养目标、教育模式等方面,提出对法学系法学本科教育相关改革的具体思路,推进法科教育的发展。

Along with the expansion of China’s undergraduate education in law field, the competition of law education is becoming fierce. Due to its innate deficiency, the development of law undergraduate education in private colleges has been in a disadvantageous position. To seek for the living space of law education in private colleges, the article brings forward concrete thoughts on its positioning, objectives and teaching mode
