金属帽及宝石头激光光纤消蚀动脉粥样斑块 被引量:1

Using Metal Cap and Sapphire Tip Fibre for Removal of Atheroscierotic Plaques

摘要 本文应用自制的金属帽及宝石头光纤传输 Nd:YAG 激光照射正常主动脉各10片段,结果金属帽组的金属(?)与靶组织粘连及组织损伤较宝石头者明显,而后者坑周较前者光洁,碳化层不明显,且热损伤区较小。将以上系统应用于骼外动脉狭窄及冠心病,进行激光血管成形术,结果均获成功。 10 segments of normal human cadaver aorts were irradiated by Nd:YAG laserbeam delivered via domestic metal cap and sapphire tip fibre systems.Results revealed that theadherence to target tissue and tissue damage were more apparent for metal caps than those forsapphire tips.Forthermore,latter had more smooth edge of ablation crater.less carbonizationlayer and smaller thermal necrotic zone.The delivery systems were used to perform laser angiop-lasty in 1 lilac and 3 coronary atherosclerotic arteries and all achieved immediate recanalization.
