Analysis of Strategies of Normal College Graduates' Psychological Problems in Job-Seeking

在对师范院校毕业生择业过程中产生的心理问题进行认真分析的基础上,提出培养毕业生良好的择业心态、引导毕业生适应市场需求、制定合理的择业目标、鼓励毕业生客观评价自己和以积极乐观的态度参与竞争,坦然面对挫折等对策,以期最大限度地提高师范毕业生的就业能力。

On the basis of analyzing the psychological problems in job-seeking among the Normal College graduates, this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions as cultivating the graduates' better attitudes towards job-seeking, guiding them to adapt themselves to the market, establishing reasonable targets of jobseeking, encouraging them to evaluate themselves objectively, involving themselves in competition optimistically and facing the frustration appropriately to improve the graduates' job-seeking capability to the full extent.
